As part of the team, you’ll work with clients of all sizes, across industries, and on numerous types of engagements, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions;
  • Transaction advisory services;
  • Valuations;
  • Forensics; and
  • Structuring.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Senior Analysts / Managers in helping entrepreneurial businesses to assess the true commercial potential of their planned acquisitions and understand how the purchase might serve their longer-term strategic goals.
  • Assist with the making of investment decisions throughout the transaction process, helping achieve the best possible outcome at the point of the transaction and on the longer term.
  • Work closely with our valuation specialists, blending technical expertise with a pragmatic outlook to support clients during valuing businesses, transactions, restructuring, disputes, complex, and cross-border valuations.
  • Assist with building integrated financial models for pricing and structuring deals and assessing the feasibility of new projects and quantifying returns, risks and sensitivities for making better decisions. 
  • Help clients identify, mitigate and respond to regulations and litigations by assessing their current status and setting out a bespoke plan to bring the client back to business as usual.

Qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, with strong academic credentials. 
  • A willingness to pursue a financial designation e.g. CFA.
  • Advanced level of technical proficiency and computer literacy, particularly with spreadsheets (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing and presentations. 
  • Strong analytical and research skills, attention to detail, and ability to problem solve.
