About the role: 

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a vital role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent for our firm. This position is perfect for a recent graduate eager to kickstart their career in HR, specifically in recruitment activities. You will collaborate with various departments, implement effective sourcing strategies, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm by building a dynamic and diverse workforce. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Use various recruitment channels (job boards, recruitment platforms, professional networks) to identify and attract potential candidates;
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to ensure alignment with our needs;
  • Assist in organizing and participating in employment job fair and on-campus recruitment events;
  • Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to understand staffing needs and requirements;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously update job descriptions;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities; and
  • Actively engage in internal and external initiatives to position the firm as an employer of choice and to promote our employer brand.

Qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business or related field.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in recruitment, e.g. CBI interviews, is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and grow in the HR field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
