Hossam Shawky

Hossam Shawky brings over 29 years of experience in audit and assurance, corporate finance, and taxation. During the course of his career, he has been responsible for a number of assignments of major public and private companies in different sectors and fields, including manufacturing, construction, real estate, and financial institutions.

He has provided audit, assurance, and financial advisory services to a large number of clients in Egypt and abroad, covering group structuring, IPOs, acquisitions, mergers, and listings.

Shawky has a postgraduate diploma in auditing and accounting. He is a Fellow of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors and a member of the Egyptian Society of Taxation.
