Ingy Soliman has over 10 years of experience leading a team working on financial modeling, valuations, business plans, feasibility studies, and financial buy- and sell-side due diligence. Her work also covers M&A advisory, impairment testing, arbitration, and economic and market research.
Soliman has extensive experience in the fields of education, agriculture, manufacturing, financial services, energy, and healthcare. She valued intangible assets and goodwill for the purpose of purchase price allocation and has led various reviews of valuations for IPOs. She has prior experience in financial systems through her two-year tenure at Oracle, working on different Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs) and other Oracle applications.
Soliman holds a BSc in management technology, with a double major in finance and economics and a minor in strategic management, form the German University in Cairo (GUC) and is a certified CFA.
Soliman also holds an LLB from Cairo University, which she pursued to fulfill her interest in the legal aspect of all interactions and transactions.
