Manal Fayez has over two decades of experience in assurance and transaction support for public- and private-sector clients in numerous industries, with a specific focus on banking and financial institutions.

Fayez has extensive experience auditing large and complex companies under the requirements of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local GAAP (EAS) and has led several audit and financial due diligence engagements during her tenure with SBA – Grant Thornton.

She holds a BA in accounting and is a fellow of the Egyptian Society for Accountants & Auditors.
