Mohamed Ibrahim is a Director with SBA – Grant Thornton’s Risk Advisory practice and has over 14 years of experience in the fields of information system technology, IT governance, risk and compliance. Ibrahim has led numerous strategic engagements for clients across a variety of sectors such as retail, telecommunications, banking, pharmaceuticals, industrials, insurance, and hospitality. He maintains extensive knowledge in hardening, securing, and auditing ERPs, applications, operating systems, databases following ISO 27001, COBIT, and best practices.
Ibrahim holds a BSc in civil aviation and telecommunication engineering. He is also a certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Governance, Risk and Compliance Professional (GRCP), Governance, Risk and Compliance Auditor (GRCA), and a certified ISO 27001 Senior Lead Implementer.
